Project summary

A unique CSR-compliant project supported by 360 ONE Foundation and implemented by SAMRIDH at IPE Global utilizes an innovative blended finance instrument—a partial risk guarantee— to exponentially increase skilling, employment, and retention outcomes for marginalized youth in healthcare. Currently in its second year of implementation, this project is set to achieve approximately ~6x financial leverage over three years, thereby training around ~5,600 youth compared to 800 youth under the traditional grant model.

The attached documents authored by 360 ONE Foundation, Samridh Healthcare Blended Finance Facility and IIT D, include an Executive Summary on the project and also the extensive report on which the summary is based, which can be downloaded by scanning the QR code on the last page.
